We are an OEM & ODM licensed IP bag factory, specializing in the Bluey 16-inch kids backpack and lunch box set, a mature back-to-school bundle for mass production. We can develop backpacks and insulated lunch bags as a complete set, and add matching pencil cases on request. We serve overseas IP brands, cross-border sellers and gift wholesalers.

The backpack is made of durable polyester fabric with high-definition Bluey cartoon prints, bright and colorfast. Large-capacity multi-pocket design keeps books, stationery and small items neatly organized. Padded shoulder straps and breathable back panel distribute weight and protect children’s shoulders. The matching lunch bag has food-grade aluminum foil lining to keep food warm or cold, ideal for school meals, with consistent cartoon design for the whole set.

Our factory has complete production lines for computer cutting, digital heat transfer printing, sewing, lining lamination, quality inspection and packaging. Custom size, color, IP artwork, woven labels, hang tags and individual packaging are available. Double reinforced stitching on shoulder straps, zippers and all stress points for enhanced durability. Every batch is sampled and tested for tensile strength, color fastness and hazardous substances to meet EU & US children’s product safety standards. BSCI certified. We accept small sample orders and large bulk export orders. We offer one-stop service including artwork sampling, full-set production, combined packing and shipment, delivering complete custom solutions for licensed IP bag collections.
